The Presonus StudioLive 16.0.2 USB is a compact 16-channel digital mixer for live applications, rehearsal rooms and studios. With 8 mono channels, 4 stereo channels, 4 aux paths and 13 XMAX Class A preamps, it offers versatile connection options for bands, small productions and mobile recording setups.
The integrated 18x16 USB audio interface allows all 16 input channels plus sum to be transferred directly to the computer. This makes the console suitable for live recordings, multi-track recordings and further processing in a DAW. The included Studio One Pro 7 licence as well as Capture, UC-Surface and QMix complete the recording and control workflow.
The Fat Channel with high-pass filter, compressor, limiter, noise gate, semi-parametric 3-band EQ, phase switch and phantom power is available for sound processing. Two master effect processors for delay and reverb, a 31-band graphic EQ in the sum and 79 scene memories support recurring live and studio setups.
With 17 60 mm faders, talkback section, MIDI connections and robust steel housing, the StudioLive 16.0.2 USB remains easy to use even in live operation. This makes the console suitable for users who want to combine classic mixing console handling with digital signal processing and USB recording.

Make sure you get the USB version if using to record from the firewire is almost not used now.... you can buy a canvas carry case for this desk which is really good for live gigging bands no expensive heavy flight case. Once you get your head around the fat channel everything else falls into place 2 built in effects channels that are so easy to use along with 4 aux sends the build is solid record your live gig is easy which is great for putting on social media or a live demo..... i can't say enough about this little animal. I used a Qu16 Allen and heath at gigs but changed to this desk for ease of use the space it takes up and ease of transporting. Buying one was easy looked.paid...2 days it arrived.... fantastic....
