The Roland GO:MIXER STUDIO is a versatile audio mixer and interface designed for musicians, producers, and creators who want to combine multiple signal sources with ease. At its core, it is a full-fledged audio interface with an integrated mixing section, equally suited for classic recording, jams, live setups, and modern workflows with mobile devices. The ability to combine audio directly with video expands its applications without compromising audio quality.
The GO:MIXER STUDIO functions as the central control hub in both studio and mobile setups. It works with macOS, Windows, iPhone, and iPad via USB-C and supports high-quality multitrack recording. Instruments, microphones, and players can be recorded simultaneously and mixed directly on the device, making it ideal for both traditional music production and live sessions or compact setups without an additional mixer.

Two XLR mic/line combo inputs with phantom power are perfect for vocals, speech, and acoustic instruments. A dedicated high-impedance guitar/bass input allows direct connection of electric guitar or bass. There is also a stereo line input for keyboards, drum machines, or groove boxes, and an AUX input with TRRS for smartphones or other mobile sources. MIDI input and output via mini-jack make the GO:MIXER STUDIO equally useful in hardware setups.
Operation is designed for practical use. Level, EQ, compressor, and reverb can be adjusted directly via the controls without navigating software menus. The color display provides an overview while staying unobtrusive. Sixteen scene memories allow complete mixer setups to be saved and recalled instantly, saving time and streamlining recurring sessions.
The GO:MIXER STUDIO operates at 24-bit resolution and supports sample rates up to 192 kHz. Internally, 32-bit floating point processing ensures robust levels and clean sums. Integrated effects are musically tuned for both monitoring and recording, delivering a controlled, balanced sound.
Beyond its role as an audio interface, the GO:MIXER STUDIO offers video-friendly features. Audio can be sent directly to mobile devices and recorded alongside video. The GO:MIXER Cam app for iOS enables multi-track video recording with flexible mixing afterward, while the GO:MIXER Editor for macOS and Windows provides full parameter control on a computer. This allows work either directly on the device or on a larger screen.
Despite its extensive features, the GO:MIXER STUDIO remains lightweight and portable. It is powered via USB, mains adapter, or power bank, making integration into mobile setups easy. An integrated tripod mount allows convenient positioning during recording sessions, rehearsals, or shoots.
