The TubeTech HLT 2AM is a stereo equalizer that offers an innovative combination of high and low frequency control as well as high and low cut filters. This device has a special T-filter mid-range control that "tilts" the entire frequency spectrum to a selectable mid-range frequency point. The frequencies above this point are increased (or decreased), while the frequencies below decrease (or increase). This unique topology allows for powerful and efficient overall sound control. Appreciated in both high-end mastering studios and smaller project studios, the TubeTech HLT 2AM adds warmth and character to a track, making it seem to have an organic body in the stereo mix. However, the functionality of the HLT 2AM is unique in the TubeTech line and in the world ofanalog signal processing. The device produces intuitive results that range from mild to extreme and are ideal for Mix and mastering.
