The Warm Audio WA-8000G is a large-diaphragm tube condenser microphone that reproduces the legendary sound of a well-known 90s classic. With its switchable polar pattern (cardioid or omnidirectional), it is suitable for various recording situations, especially for vocals in the hip-hop and R&B genres. The microphone features a high-quality K67-inspired brass capsule, a custom-made Lundahl output transformer and a NOS 6AU6 tube, which ensures a natural, open and high-resolution sound reproduction. The cabinet is designed for optimum heat dissipation to ensure a low equivalent noise level and low distortion. A separate power supply unit, a seven-pin premium cable from Gotham Audio and an elastic microphone suspension are included.
