beyerdynamic Spiral Cable for DT 770 & 990

It's quite lovely that you can replace the cables on these headphones with a minimum of soldering skill. Went for the coiled one this time as the normal one is quite long and becomes a tripping hazard for me. Cheers!

I like my DT770 headphones, they are sturdy and I am used enough to the sound to be able to use them for a variety of studio applications. The cable they came with is long - which would be handy for a drummer using them for monitoring for example - and I find that it gets tangled easily and caught with chair legs, equipment etc. Also mine have a slider pot to control level which I wanted rid of already as it had an intermittent connection and crackled when used. If, like me, your headphones are mostly for desk monitoring you will find this coiled cable more convenient if a little overpriced.
