Denise Audio Perfect Room 2 is a high-quality reverb plug-in for mixing, sound design, vocals, drums, synths, acoustic instruments and mastering applications. The reverb has been designed for maximum clarity and does not intrude on the original signal.
Using Dynamic Room Response technology, Perfect Room 2 produces a particularly clean room effect without classic delay-line artefacts, rigid impulse responses or harsh resonances. The result is a transparent reverb that creates depth without muddying the mix.
Perfect Room 2 does not operate like a typical algorithmic reverb or convolution reverb. Instead, it produces a mathematically controlled room response that can be directly shaped.
This makes the plugin ideal for subtle ambience, realistic rooms, dense vocal reverbs, creative reverb pads and precise effects across entire mixes.
The second version brings numerous improvements over its predecessor. These include zero-latency processing, optimised sound quality, improved CPU performance, a new ECO mode, a redesigned interface and more precise real-time control of the reverb engine.
With Attack, Pre-Delay, Length, Reverse, Width, Pitch Mod, Halo, Ducker and 5-band EQ, the reverb can be tailored very precisely to the source, tempo and mix context.
The integrated Ducker keeps the dry signal clearly in the foreground, whilst the reverb fades out musically in the background. The Halo function selectively extends high or low frequencies, creating floating, spectral reverb tails.
Thanks to tempo synchronisation for pre-delay, attack and length, Perfect Room 2 can be integrated rhythmically and precisely into modern productions.
