It Roland V-60HD is a professional video switcher with audio integration, ideal for the growing demands of live events and productions. It Roland V-60HD simplifies your setups and combines SDI camera source inputs with scalable HDMI inputs for data, computer, tablet and other video sources. It combines powerful audio features including multi-channel embedded audio, XLR and RCA inputs, de-embedded audio from digital SDI or HDMI sources, and a variety of video connectors including program and aux bus production applications.
Professional user interface
It Roland V-60HD impresses with professional broadcast cross point buttons with PGM/PST LED colour displays. It Roland V-60HD also features a rugged T-Bar, DSK Quick Edit controls for key level and gain. Two dedicated PinP and Split buttons with controls provide centrically arranged Split and PinP images. The transition type can be changed via Mix or two Preset Wipe buttons with dedicated controls for adjusting the transition and fade times. A 3'' LCD screen on the front panel with DeepL access navigation allows you to adjust the Switcher parameters.
AUX bus
The dedicated AUX bus can be assigned to each of the four separate SDI or HDMI outputs and allows seamless switching of eight input channels (4x SDI , 2x HDMI or 1x RGB and 2 still images). Dedicated AUX layer cross point buttons ensure fast operation and seamless switching.
video composition
This Roland V-60HD includes DSK (Downstream Keying), Picture-in-Picture (PinP) and Split-Compositing effects - ideal for creating message transmissions as well as company presentations. Different PinP window shapes, such as rectangle, circle, heart and diamond patterns generate unusual effects for special events. DSK allows you to display titles, lyrics, logos or graphics from video sources with up to three composition layers. Both Luminance Keying (Black/White) and Chroma Keying can be used via DSK to compose two video sources plus additional PinP layer plus background video for creative live productions.
multi-view output
The Multi-View output of the Roland V-60HD allows the preview of the six video inputs, two style images as well as PGM and PST on a single preview screen. In addition, the system menu can be displayed on the Multi-View screen to make adjustments without having to take your eyes off the screen.
Audio mixer with preamplifier and dynamic effects (compressor)
It Roland V-60HD features an 18-channel audio mixer with four XLR/jack combo jacks with 48V phantom power, a stereo cinch input and integration of the audio signals from the six video inputs.
Its powerful preamplifier and dynamic effects Roland V-60HD include a high-pass filter, gate, compressor, 3-band EQ, delay, and an optional audio-follows-video function that allows the audio signal to be adjusted to the selected video source. The dynamic effects can be adjusted either via the LCD menu or the powerful remote control software for Windows and Mac.
car mixing
The integrated Auto-Mixing function automatically adjusts the level of different audio sources, enabling the correct volume setting for multiple conference themes. In addition, channel-related priorities can be assigned to give the presenter or any prioritized audio channel a higher volume level, while the Auto-Mixing function allows the operator to focus on switching and producing the video signals.
Multi-channel audio integration
This allows you Roland V-60HD to mix up to eight analog input signals to the SDI 1 or SDI 2 output (as an audio embedded channel) and create a separate pre-effect (without effects) or post-effect (with effects) mix to correct audio problems in the post-processing of a live event. This function is also suitable for use at multilingual events in order to record the voice-over or the translation via a separate audio channel on a separate master.
