The Zoom H1 Blue Limited Edition Mobile Recorder is a limited version of the classic H1 featuring integrated XY stereo microphones, a reference speaker, 24bit/96kHz support, a USB port, and battery powered design. The H1's built-in X/Y microphone provides two matched unidirectional microphones set at a 90° angle relative to one another.
The mic/line input is a stereo 1/8" mini phone jack that can accept two mic- and/or line-level signals. The line/headphones output is a stereo 1/8" phone jack with a dedicated volume control. Headphones can be connected for private monitoring. A built-in reference speaker is incorporated for fast monitoring, whilst a backlit LCD display keeps you informed of important recording information and helps you navigate the settings.
This recorder records directly to microSD and microSDHC cards up to 32 GB and supports up to 24-bit/96 kHz audio in BWF-compliant WAV or a variety of MP3 formats. An Auto Level function is included for automatic control of input level whilst a low-cut filter helps elimination of wind noise and rumble. A USB port for data transfer to computer and use as an audio interface and USB microphone is also included. The H1 mounts directly to a tripod, or to a mic stand.
