Unfortunately security rules set by the finance company mean that we have to ship goods complete to the address on the application Collection is not possible and goods will be despatched from the central warehouse based in Germany If there is an issue with your order the team will be in contact to advise

Over the Christmas period we will be extending out 30 day money back guarantee. Orders invoiced from December 1st have until January 10th 2021 to return the goods for a refund.
Orders are shipped from the central warehouse in Germany. Bulk orders have to be shipped with freight services for safety.
