With the SP-5, FAME presents a flexible stage piano that is equally suitable for the stage, at home and in the studio thanks to its numerous features. The 88-key keyboard is equipped with a semi-weighted hammer action and can adjust the touch sensitivity in several stages to suit your personal playing style.
Thanks to the 256-note polyphony, the SP-5 has enough reserves to ensure that no note is swallowed, even in demanding passages. The high polyphony also benefits the 16-track sequencer, which can be used to compose complete songs in the SP-5!
In terms of sound, the SP-5 draws on the full range: 800 sounds from classical to rock, pop, electronic to effect sounds and lots of percussion cover everything you could wish for from a powerful all-rounder like the SP-5. The sounds are given the finishing touch with the well-equipped effects processor, which covers 32 reverb variants, 64 multi-effects (chorus, tremolo, phaser, delay...), 24 insert effects and a master equaliser.
The integrated stereo loudspeaker system with 2x 23 watts can be seen and above all heard. The 2-way system scores with a powerful sound image that reproduces the sounds played clearly and unadulterated.

The keyboard offers the Layer,
Other features include 140 songs, which can be played with targeted or completely free accompaniment. The automatic accompaniment is excellently covered with 380 styles from various genres. These consist of several instrument tracks (drums, bass, chords) and adapt to the chords of the left hand in real time. Styles offer variations, intros, endings and fills to make songs dynamic.
As a playing aid, the Stage Piano offers 39 chord variations and a programmable arpeggiator with which you can effortlessly create basslines, pulsating synthesiser sounds and rhythmic note sequences.

The SP-5 offers two recording options: the first is a 16-track linear note recorder (sequencer) that records the notes played and allows the creation of song structures including bass, second voice, choir, effect sounds and rhythmic accompaniment. The second option is an audio recorder that records the playing on a USB stick (sold separately) in MP3 or WAV format and can even play back music tracks in these formats.

In addition to the analogue stereo inputs and outputs, the digital interfaces are particularly interesting, as MIDI and audio are transmitted via USB. This means that the stage piano can be used to enter notes in conjunction with music production software (DAW) and send the sound to the computer for recording in one go. Thanks to two headphone outputs with large and small jacks, it can also be played and practised undisturbed in duets at any time of day. The MIDI inputs and outputs are an advantage when using the SP-5 with other MIDI equipment such as a sound expander. Two pedal inputs allow the connection of one expression and/or sustain pedal each. If you want to use the typical triple pedal of a piano, it is best to use the SP-5 stand.

The separately available SP-5 stand is an elegant and practical design stand for the stage piano. Precisely matched to the dimensions of the SP-5, it gives it a secure hold and the player a comfortable position on the instrument. The integrated, smooth-running triple pedal for sustain,
