The Furch Yellow Gc SR from the Rainbow series features excellent workmanship, fully solid materials and a powerful sound and offers obliging playability in all 20 frets, which are easy to reach thanks to a generous cutaway. Due to its Grand Auditorium design the guitar is very handy and in combination with a construction consisting of a Sitka spruce top and a rosewood body it is perfectly suited for all styles. Furthermore, a flat mahogany neck with a soft V-profile and an ebony fingerboard allows a clean grip of the 6 steel strings, which intonate perfectly over the entire scale length of 649 mm thanks to a 45 mm wide nut and a compensated saddle made of GraphTech TUSQ. High-quality Schaller M6 tuners with their golden Hardware finish refine the rather plain appearance of the instrument and facilitate precise tuning. The entire appearance is rounded off with a wafer-thin high-gloss finish, which on the one hand supports the vibration behavior and also emphasizes the fine grain of the woods used.
