The Guild M-240E acoustic guitar from the Westerly collection with the relatively small Concert body is a real sound miracle. Equipped with a solid Sitka spruce top and mahogany back and sides, this acoustic guitar delivers clearly defined bass, powerful and assertive mids and nuanced and fine-silver trebles. The rather slim " Slim C" neck profile lies comfortably in the hand and provides for a soft playing feeling. The open Vintage tuners provide tuning stability and precise tuning.
The Guild M-240E Concert acoustic guitar's own Guild AP-1 pickup provides amplified stage performance. At the upper end of the sound hole, the guitarist has access to a volume and tone control. With this puristic equipment, the acoustic resonance is largely preserved. The amplified sound surprises with a lot of dynamics and naturalness.
