MERISH5 - the Live Machine

The M-Live Merish 5 Plus is a stand-alone desktop device for multi-track playback, mixing and recording of MIDI files, audio, Mp3 & videos. With its generous features, the M-Live Merish 5 Plus is aimed at professional entertainers and solo entertainers. Over 100,000 files can be conveniently archived and recalled on the enlarged 512 GB internal memory. With 240 voices, 512 sounds and 58 drum kits you are well prepared to play MIDI files. If there are lyrics embedded in these files, they are displayed on the touch display and can be shown on a monitor or TV via the HDMI output of the M-Live Merish 5 Plus. In addition, the Plus version has a faster processor, which has a positive effect on the operating system in the Merish 5 Plus.

Mixer

The internal multi-channel mixer in the Merish 5 Plus provides access to the two stereo line inputs, two microphone inputs (with phantom power) and the internal tracks of the MIDI and MP3 player. Effects like equalizer, delay, reverb, chorus and compressor are integrated here as well as the four-voice vocal harmonizer.

Data exchange

In addition to the MIDI inputs and outputs, there are four USB ports on the M-Live Merish 5 Plus, which can be used, for example, to connect a PC keyboard for simplified and expanded data input or a USB master keyboard for the accompaniment track. Data transfer and import of new songs is done via Wi-Fi or the network connection. The website www.songservice.it offers tens of thousands of songs and backing tracks for download (for a fee) for the M-Live Merish 5 Plus.

PLUS version:

The Plus version of the M-Live Merish 5 has an internal storage capacity of 512 GB, making it four times larger than the regular version. Due to the new motherboard, the software is noticeably faster. In addition, the Plus version has three new plug-ins:

Grinta Live - A system used to manage an evening of karaoke via Internet connection.

Audio Pro - Read multitrack audio files (MTA) and change the volume of each track of these files. The click is separate as for midi files. With AUDIO PRO Merish 5 Plus also reads wave files and other formats of MP4.

Prompter - Allows to connect devices such as smartphone or tablet and read lyrics and chords of the song without cable connection.
