At first glance, it appears to be somewhat spartan in its equipment, but a closer look reveals that Neumann has reduced everything here to the essentials. Everything the "normal" user needs is present, and in breathtaking, uncompromising quality.

The combination of the modern K89 capsule with a servo-balanced output stage ensures virtually noise-free signal transmission with the cleanest directivity and unaltered frequency response. Even spatial components outside the microphone axis are transmitted realistically. This makes the TLM 193 especially predestined for recording situations with the highest demands on signal fidelity.
