Roland GO:KEYSHi, I order the Roland Go:Keys as my first keyboard following reading many reviews. I am delighted with the keyboard - proabably has more functionality than I will ever use but a great place top start!
I bought this keyboard after trying it out, I was impressed by the large library of sounds and wanted to try playing something with a different feel to the keys. This has a a heavier action than my MIDI controller keyboard, which makes it feel more substantial. You can play it hard, which appeals to me! I am a live looper so have added this machine into my setup, playing in the parts for songs live. So far I like it! The sounds are great, got some good drums, bass, synths, organ and of course keys. An attractive product, the sounds aren’t as rich as some others available but at that price it’s excellent. Drawbacks - no pitch bend wheel, adjusting volume during performance is tricky. Overall very good product. I do like Roland.
Nice action on the keys, sounds pretty good, volume was disappointing but probably the biggest disappointment was the power adapter was an European one so needed an adapter to work.
Not great given it was a Christmas present and that was only realised when it was opened.
