Classic old-school funk vibes and creamy filter sweeps are the métier of the Solid Gold FX Supa Funk. Made in Montreal, Canada, this pedal in beautiful Seventies design combines the collected know-how of the Funkzilla and Funk-lite and offers two Low Pass filters, which are controlled via five knobs and an additional Direction Switch. The Depth control determines the width of the effect, while the Sens control influences the attack behaviour and the sensitivity of the envelope filter to the incoming signal. When the Sens knob is turned fully counterclockwise, the Supa Funk produces characterful cocktail wah sounds. The Color knob adds a second low pass filter for juicy low-mid growl, while the Direction switch reverses the direction of the filter sweep.
