The interface supports not only the fastest PCIe cards, but also up to 2 4KB screens at 60Hz or a 5k screen at 60Hz. Various peripherals with TB and USB are supported.
With its three x8 PCIe 3.0 slots, the Echo Express SE3 TB3 PCIe offers space for three full height, single width and half length PCIe cards or two single width and one double standard width PCIe cards. So-called Daughter Cards like the Blackmagic Design DeckLink 4K Extreme or RME HDSPe MADI FX are installed next to the actual PCIe card.
With its rugged aluminum enclosure, the Echo Express provides perfect protection for the installed PCIe cards, while an internal fan is temperature controlled and automatically adjusts the airflow to the cooling requirements of the installed card for optimal and quiet cooling at all times. In addition, this version has no power button and automatically turns on and off with your computer to save power.
