The KS-Digital DDC is a device for signal processing and splitting digital signals as well as a problem solver for excessively long digital cable runs. It has connection options for AES via a three-pin XLR cable and S/PDIF via coaxial cable or TOSLINK. The signal is output in AES format via a three-pin XLR cable, whereby both outputs are electrically parallel and deliver a signal independently of each other. The circuit scans the different inputs of the DDC and routes the input to the signal processing which first carries a valid signal. If this is interrupted, the circuit scans again until it detects a new signal. The built-in master clock, which supplies the output drivers with high accuracy, leads to a low-jitter
