Akai enters the second round with the LPK25 MIDI keyboard and scores with improved features that make it easier for you to work in the studio or on the road. These include the revolutionary Gen 2 Dynamic Keybed, which was also built into the legendary MPK mini mk3 MIDI controller. So you'll benefit from a better feel in terms of Velocity levels - whether you're triggering virtual pianos, synths or notation commands on a PC, laptop, Mac or tablet. As with its predecessor, the model's small size(25 keys) makes it ideal for use on the road, in the studio or on the couch. Thanks to switchable octave steps, you can play up to 127 keys, so you can reach the entire range of sounds of popular virtual instruments and synths at key level.

Arpeggiator

Conveniently, there is an arpeggiator function on board, which can be easily activated via the left pads. Tempo, range & note type can be set here to get different results in no time.

MPC Beats

To get you started right away you get access to the MPC Beats software (download). The DAW is based on legendary MPC Hardware and allows you to produce, edit, record, mix and master music! On board are synths that provide you with various leads, basses, pads and keyboard sounds, while effect plug-ins help to make the sound even fatter!
