The Hi-Level PM4000 USB is a compact analog universal mixer designed for DJs and bars that value high-quality sound. Now in its fourth generation, this extremely robust and reliable DJ mixer features an improved, intuitive, and ergonomic user interface. The Hi-Level mixer is equipped with four channels and twelve inputs. In addition to the line inputs, channels 1 and 2 are fitted with switchable phono RIAA cards, which can also be easily removed if required. Channels 3 and 4 each offer a switchable line input as well as a USB input (integrated sound card) for convenient connection of digital players. The PM4000 USB also provides four balanced microphone inputs with XLR connectors, two balanced XLR outputs, and two headphone outputs in different sizes, both delivering high output power even at low impedances. In addition to non-slip rotary potentiometers, the mixer features high-quality, dust-protected 60 mm faders and a handmade, replaceable zero-ohm conductive plastic crossfader with gold contacts. The EQ characteristics and frequency points have been carefully refined over the decades. The maximum output level can be adjusted internally. Thanks to the special arrangement and selection of components, the PM4000 USB reproduces high-resolution program material with impressive clarity and spatial depth.
