The Jackson Pro Series Rhoads RR24Q Transparent Purple is based on the legendary design developed for guitar icon Randy Rhoads over four decades ago as the very first customer of the then fledgling Jackson brand. Here, the basic construction with full-length maple neck with slim speed neck profile and glued-on mahogany body wings remains true to the classic specifications, while a noble cloud maple top ensures harmonious looks on stage. Suitable sounds of rock and metal, on the other hand, are provided by the combination of two Seymour Duncan SH-6n and TB-6 Distortion humbuckers in neck and bridge position, which is controlled via common controls for Volume and Tone. And to set no limits to technical lead acrobatics on the 24-fret ebony fingerboard, the Jackson Pro Series Rhoads RR24Q Transparent Purple furthermore has a Floyd Rose 1000 Series tremolo with matching locking saddle in a noble gold finish.
