The Yamaha PSR-E483 is a versatile 61-key portable keyboard designed for home use, rehearsal spaces, and first live setups. Its velocity-sensitive keys are paired with an extensive sound and accompaniment library, allowing you to turn ideas into music quickly—from practicing and layering sounds to jamming with backing tracks.

With over 800 Voices and 345 Styles, the PSR-E483 covers virtually every genre. Super Articulation Lite Voices realistically replicate playing nuances, such as string noises on guitars or breath effects on wind instruments. The DSP engine (DSP1/DSP2) delivers a “pro” sound by adding character, texture, and expression to voices, and can be toggled on or off at the touch of a button for spontaneous performance changes.

Operation is straightforward and intuitive: a clear display and optimized interface (grid panel layout with quick access to voices, styles, and functions) make it easy to adjust settings and stay in the creative flow. Auto Chord Play automatically runs pre-configured, customizable chord sequences along with the Style, making it ideal for free solos or experimenting without constantly having to play the chord changes manually.

Additional features include live control knobs for on-the-fly sound shaping, an integrated 6 W + 6 W sound system, microphone input with vocal effects, and L/R outputs for connecting to a PA system.
