Aim Audio ORBIT Shockmount + SENTRY Pop Filter - Precision in perfection

The Aim Audio ORBIT shockmount system with SENTRY magnetic pop filter is the ultimate suspension for professional studio recordings.

Developed and patented in Berlin, this system has been perfected over many years to enable vibration-free, flexible and secure microphone mounting. Together with the SENTRY pop filter, it guarantees perfect sound protection with maximum ease of use.

A new Level of control and stability

With the ORBIT, Aim Audio has redefined the concept of classic microphone mounts. Instead of conventional rubber bands, the system uses custom-made, non-yielding lyres made of special nylon, which minimize resonances and provide lasting stability.
The patented 190° swivel mechanism allows easy, one-handed adjustment of the microphone position - ideal for vocals, instruments or overheads.
The semi-open front design provides direct access to microphone controls and allows an optimal approach to the sound source.

SENTRY - Magnetic. Precise. Reversible.

The SENTRY magnetic pop filter perfectly complements the ORBIT system. Made of acid-etched stainless steel with precise hex hole patterns, it controls the airflow in a targeted manner, effectively intercepting plosives while maintaining full high-frequency clarity.
Thanks to the four neodymium magnets, the filter locks into place precisely and securely - without affecting the sensitive microphone electronics.
Its reversible design allows it to be used from both sides of the microphone, particularly practical for bidirectional recording with Aim INSPIRE or ESSENCE.

Sound meets engineering

Both ORBIT and SENTRY are made of fiberglass-reinforced Nylon - lightweight, extremely strong and virtually indestructible.
Magnetic Resorber Ring technology reduces self-resonance, while a detachable cable guide suppresses vibrations caused by cable movement.
The result is maximum isolation and clarity, even in acoustically sensitive recording environments.
