Perfect for rock and metal: the Fender Player II Telecaster HH with twin humbucker pickups.
Ergonomic alder body & ‘Modern-C’ maple neck
Although the alder body of the Fender Player II Telecaster HH RW Rallye Orange initially follows the classic Tele shape when viewed from the front, the back features a wide-cut ‘Tummy Cut’, which greatly improves the instrument’s playability whether worn on a strap or played on the lap. For the fretting hand, meanwhile, the slim ‘Modern-C’ profile of the maple neck provides a comfortable thumb rest, allowing for effortless playing of chords and leads on the 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with a modern 9.5"-radius.
Powerful sounds thanks to dual humbucker pickups
With its two Fender Player Series humbucker pickups in the neck and bridge positions, the Fender Player II Telecaster HH skilfully sets itself apart from its classic sound profile and lends the usual Tele sound extra punch. The two dual-coil pickups, fitted with Alnico 2 magnets, produce a powerful output that is ideal for hotter rock sounds and also effectively suppresses background noise, meaning that even when played at high gain, no unwanted background noise is to be expected. Both pickups are controlled via a classic wiring layout with shared volume and tone controls.
