With the Fender Rascal Bass NOS RW Ocean Turqoise, masterbuilder Jason Smith once again proves that he is one of the most creative minds in the Fender Custom Shop. Based on the time-honored Coronado design, he created a short scale electric bass with alder body and maple neck that delivers a broad spectrum of clear and varied sounds with three Seymour Duncan Lipstick single coils. In addition, the electric bass offers a hardware configuration perfectly matched to the design, which is composed of the elegantly curved Starfire 4-Saddle Bridge and Fender Vintage Bass tuners.
