Short-scale electric bass with neodymium humbucker and passive electronics
The Sterling by Music Man StingRay Short Scale Daphne Blue is a handy electric bass with a shortened scale length that impresses with great playability as well as powerful and flexible bass sounds. Accordingly, the 30" scale length (762 mm) not only ensures a buttery-smooth playability of the six-ply maple neck, but also a particularly warm sound. A humbucker with powerful neodymium magnets specially tuned to the Sterling by Music Man StringRay Short Scale promises particularly fat bass sounds at the bass amplifier, which lets every note ring out with force. The 3-way rotary switch calls the coils in serial or parallel connection or splits the pickup to a single-coil, so that different tones are available. In addition, the SBMM StingRay Short Scale Daphne Blue has a passive volume and tone boost. Last but not least, a solidly built bridge and precise open-gear bass tuners complete the Sterling by Music Man StingRay Short Scale Daphne Blue.
