SansAmp Bass Driver ELITE: The programmable SansAmp is here!

With the SansAmp Bass Driver ELITE, Tech 21 is launching the legendary SansAmp as a programmable platform for the very first time! This versatile bass preamp combines the characteristic, crisp woofer sound of the classic SansAmp circuit with extensive memory and editing capabilities. Among other features, the pedal offers two operating modes: Performance and Studio modes . Whilst Performance mode allows you to switch between three main presets, Studio mode enables you to freely edit a full 128 user presets. Furthermore, the SansAmp ELITE offers integrated speaker IRs, MIDI control and numerous tone parameters that can be fine-tuned. For extensive tone shaping, controls for Drive, Presence, Blend, Compressor and an active 3-band EQ – for even more detailed control, Tech 21 provides a ‘Red’ mode, which expands the control assignments to include Preamp, Filter, Frequency, Q, Ambiance, Ratio and Chorus. Additional features such as a chromatic tuner, an effects loop and jack and XLR outputs make the SansAmp Bass Driver ELITE a powerful all-round solution for the stage, studio and direct recording.
