The Pioneer DDJ-RZX at a glance

The DDJ-RZX is a professional 4-channel DJ controller that will not only make the hearts of mobile DJs beat faster, but will also benefit users of live visuals. The audio and video performance controller comes with three 7-inch touchscreens, which on the one hand show off video previews and on the other hand allow access to relevant functions of the rekordbox dj software and the new rekordbox video Plus pack. MC's can connect microphones via 2 available XLR combo jacks and shape the sound using three-band EQ and mic effects. In terms of effects, the DDJ-RZX is equipped with those of the DJM-900NXS2 mixer, such as the combo FX, sampler repeat, release FX and sound color FX. Furthermore, Pioneer's flagship features large jog wheels and multi-colored performance pads that we know from the CDJ-2000NXS2 and DJM mixers.

rekordbox 6.0

Since the launch of rekordbox 6.0 in April 2020, there are a lot of new features as well as a new subscription system with the three models, Free (free), Core and Creative (paid subscription - not included). The Pioneer DJ - DDJ-RZX acts as a hardware unlock device and activates Performance & DVS mode without having to subscribe to a paid plan. The download link for the software as well as all details about the respective subscriptions can be found on the rekordbox-website.
