The Positive Grid REACTOR is a practical modelling combo offering a wide range of sounds and features for beginners and advanced players alike! With authentic amp modelling technology, the amp delivers the familiar playing feel of a classic guitar amplifier. With a total of 24 amp models, 27 built-in effects and eight freely savable presets, the combo offers an enormous variety of sounds for almost any musical style. The intuitive Amp Selector allows you to select different amp characters directly on the unit, whilst the ‘Heat’ and ‘Push/Smooth’ functions can be used to specifically influence the feel and dynamics of the sound. Additionally, an integrated tuner, an extensive effects section and Bluetooth connectivity are available for convenient streaming and editing via the dedicated app.

A particular highlight of the REACTOR is its innovative AI-powered tone creation. Using the REACTOR app, new sounds can be created not only via traditional parameters, but also generated using text input, audio files or even images. Whether it’s legendary guitar sounds from famous musicians, a photo of a dream rig, or even abstract motifs such as landscapes or works of art – the REACTOR analyses the template and creates a suitable amp and effects sound from it in a matter of seconds.

REACTOR App and extensive connectivity

The REACTOR proves particularly flexible when used in conjunction with the free REACTOR app for iOS and Android. In addition to in-depth sound editing and preset management, the app allows you to create new sounds via text input, audio files or even images. Furthermore, the ToneCloud platform is available for sharing and downloading presets, as well as an integrated USB audio interface for recording applications. Thanks to its FX loop, MIDI input, line out, headphone output and power amp input, the REACTOR is equally suited as a practice amp, stage amplifier and versatile control centre for modern guitar setups.
