Room Acoustics

In order to achieve better results when mixing through loudspeakers, it is often necessary to use absorbers that reduce sound diffusion.

Direct sound is the keyword here: sound that arrives at the listener without detours and not as a reflection from a wall - in other words, undistorted.

Beginners often make the mistake of equipping their rooms with vast amounts of foam. However, it is important to position the foam correctly and to treat no more than about 50% of the room. By the way, a combination of absorbers, sofas, bookshelves and carpets can work wonders!
