The Fender CC-140 SCE SB WC 6-String Concert with Cutaway Sunburst features a solid spruce top with rosewood back and sides, a rosewood fingerboard, a Fishman Presys pickup and a sunburst finish. The Fender CC-140SCE comes with a smaller concert body shape thereby offering a wide tonal frequency with a high degree of sonic balance and response making it ideal for smaller players or beginners. The elegant cutaway design provides easy access to the upper frets for comfortable playing and freedom. For added projection, this affordable guitar includes a Fishman Presys pickup with a discrete sidemount, Volume, Bass, Mid and Treble controls, a Phase switch, and a built-in tuner with LED display.
Additionally this guitar includes a rosewood fingerboard and bridge and a tortoise shell pickguard. A solid spruce top provides strength, brightness and a dynamic range, responding well to any acoustic playing style from hard strumming to fast or delicate fingerpicking, whilst a resonant combination with rosewood back and sides delivers a wide variety of deep lows, as well as bright trebles notes. The CC-140SCE comes with a hardshell case for easy transportation between gigs.

Fender CC-140SCE SunburstI looked at several reviews online, and this guitar was highly recommended, for both beginners and players with some experience. Compared to my previous under-€100 guitar, which was more demotivating than useful, I would never look back. I'm now playing with confidence. Delivery was amazingly fast (Friday to Monday!), but did come with a UPS bill for VAT several weeks later (non-EU). I should not have really been surprised, but it would have been nice to have been forewarned. Overall, highly recommended
