The iRig MicroAmp from IK Multimedia is a battery-operated, compact guitar Amp with three analog channels - Clean , Drive & Lead - and an integrated, high-quality audio for direct connection to iPhone, iPad, MAC and PC. Also on board is a flexible AmpliTube- Software /App- Bundle including virtual Amp - and effect models to expand the sound palette. Musicians not only have the opportunity to learn how to play the guitar or jam - thanks to the compact size, it's also great for on the go - but also to create impressive recordings without large microphones and external equipment. Despite its dimensions, the iRig MicroAmp delivers a powerful sound that can compete with larger amps, while external speakers can be connected for even more volume.

The iOS/ USB connection is taken from the popular iRig HD 2 mobile guitar interface and delivers reliable results with extremely low latency. The Amplitube App and Software offers a huge selection of sounds with incredible realism. iRig Micro Amp users can download AmpliTube and Mac/PC unlock 10 amplifiers and 26 stompbox effects in AmppliTube CS for iPhone or iPad, and 9 amplifiers and 10 stompboxes in AmpliTube 4.

So that you don't have to Software rely only on the basic functions for the basic functions, there are controls for bass Gain , MID, treble and volume on the top of the 15 Watt amp (7.5W with battery operation), as well as the three channels Clean , drive and lead. Aux and headphone output are also provided, while the rear panel offers a choice of battery or mains power applications.
