When you order instruments from us, 99% of the time it is shipped in its original packaging. It is extremely rare that you will receive an instrument that has been on display in our shop. Exceptions are exclusive Custom Shop instruments.
Every guitar is thoroughly checked, adjusted and precisely tuned. Almost no instrument is shipped without us having to make adjustments. Every guitar includes a signed test certificate.
Our self-developed price tool compares up to 200,000 prices per day. No one is able to beat our prices while also having such a huge range of products in stock ready to ship.
Orders shipped to the United States and its territories are exempt from European sales tax, but are subject to U.S. import taxes. These taxes are not included in the shipping fee and will be collected by the courier upon delivery or via a subsequent invoice.
