With the Fender Blues Deluxe Reissue, Fender sends a handy tube amp combo for electric guitar into the race as part of the Hot Rod series, which combines the best sound characteristics of the Deluxe and Bassman amps from the Tweed era with a flexible equipment for recording studio and stage. The amp is wrapped in tweed and naturally presents itself in authentic vintage style.
The two-channel preamp of the Blues Deluxe Reissue relies on three 12AX7 tubes for preamplification and accordingly convinces with a particularly warm sound, which turns out to be an all-rounder for almost every style of music between country, blues and rock. While the Clean channel conjures up particularly clear and transparent vintage sounds, the Overdrive channel delivers the typical Fender crunch for punchy riffing and harmonious soloing with singing sustain. In addition to the 3-band tone control, the Fender Blues Deluxe Reissue guitar amp provides a bright switch and a presence pot for adjusting the sound.
As an all-round amp for rehearsal room, stage and recording studio, the Fender Reissue Combo naturally comes with a spring reverb effect whose sound spectrum ranges from subtly deepening the sound space to reverb-drenched surf rock. In addition, the guitar amp is equipped with a handy effects loop for integrating your own effects devices.
The power amp of the Fender Blues Deluxe Reissue draws a whopping 40 watts of power from two 6L6 tubes, which promise sufficient volume reserves for use on the big stage. The 12" Eminence Special Design speaker provides an extremely powerful sound whose warm character is perfectly matched to the character of the Blues Deluxe Reissue.
this amp gives a nice, warm tone, perfect for a wide variety of styles. the reverb function is quite good, and the distortion is not too bad either. on clean however, this amp is amazing. i definately recommend it to everyone.
Wonderful clean and warm fender tube tone at a relatively affordable price. Volume/power easily controlled (unlike the Hot Rod) and works well for home practice as well as gigs. I chose the Blues Deluxe after trying a number of other Fender tube amps and it is an excellent option. Highly recommended.
