Like Rockfield, I got this cab for a few extra bucks as part of a headcab deal (Hughes & Kettner Statesman DUAL EL34, for more details), so I could not complaint that much.
I mean, the thing is LOUD, and it can be used as mono 120w or stereo 2x60w, 8 or 16ohm. The materials and finish arent that bad, really. For this RRP I will recomend it to have it at home or in the rehearsal studio for regular practicing, some eventual gigging (pretty light and comfortable to carry arround), but thats pretty much it.
Obviourly, if you want to do something more seriour, youll need to invest a bit more cash in something different, as the sound quality end is not brilliant. I can actually hear an overdrive kind of overtone, speciably noticeable when I play low volume, which bothers me a bit. On the other hand, when I play it louder I cant hear it anymore.
At the end of the day its a 120w cab, sturdy, light and good enough to play with your favourite head, and for less than 120eu.
