DiMarzio pickups and the classic Floyd Rose tremolo provide the typical sound, while riffs and solos go loose on the comfortable neck.

For the construction of the Charvel USA Select San Dimas Style 1 HSS FR Satin Plum the American guitar builders rely on proven ingredients and finished body made of alder, while the screwed neck is made of maple and carries a maple fingerboard. The wood combination promises a balanced basic sound with concise attack for fat riffs and solos. Thanks to the slim profile and compound radius of the fingerboard, the neck can be played without hindrance and allows both modern and classical playing techniques to go free.
With the versatile pickup equipment from DiMarzio, the Charvel USA Select San Dimas Style 1 HSS is the perfect electric guitar for rock and metal. The DiMarzio DP100 Super Distortion Humbucker on the bridge makes the amplifier sweaty and provides the perfect basis for tight riffs and screaming solos with its fat sound. Two DiMarzio DP116 HS-2 complete the sound spectrum with their crystal-clear single coil sounds without capturing background noise. The pickups are controlled in a straight line by means of a 5-way blade switch and master volume control.
As befits a real shredder guitar, the Charvel USA Select San Dimas Style 1 HSS FR is equipped with a Floyd Rose Original Tremolo.
