Charger NiMH/NiCD

The latest findings result in the "PERFECT 7" charging technology. This innovative and efficient technology offers the fastest and most intelligent charging method. It practically takes the charging process to a whole new level. This takes place in 7 stages:

Capacity quick test: measures the remaining charge of the battery and indicates it by means of the LEDs
Gentle pre-charging
Analysis of battery behaviour: evaluates whether the battery is still intact
Fast charge mode: charges NiMH batteries quickly with up to 800 mA
IQ cut-off: protects against overheating and overcharging.
Top-off charge: gentle charge up to 100%
Trickle charge: Preservation of the charged state

The Ansmann Comfort Plus quick charger is compact and practical, which makes it suitable as a constant companion. It is not a problem if the battery runs low while you are out and about. The charger is compatible with Micro-AAA, Mignon-AA and 9 V E-block batteries, which are simply inserted into the device for charging. The respective filling level can be read on the LCD display. There is no simpler operation. It doesn't matter if there are different versions, as Comfort Plus monitors each cell individually.

You should use the integrated charging function for round cells after approx. 10 charging processes to prevent the battery inertia effect. This reduces the discharge voltage of batteries and occurs if NiMH batteries are frequently only partially discharged and then charged again.
