Electro Voice's EVID-S8.2W is a high-performance two-way mid/treble wall speaker with extremely wide, even coverage and outstanding performance. Designed for background and foreground sound reinforcement, announcements and sound reinforcement applications indoors and outdoors, it is ideal for applications such as restaurants, bars, patios, retail, gyms, hospitals, theme parks, other venues and more.

With unmatched ease of installation, solid weather resistance, modern and elegant looks, and flexible mounting options, the EVIDS8.2 is the perfect solution for a variety of installation applications. Included with the EVID-S8.2 is Electro-Voice's unique and innovative mounting bracket that provides quick, easy and reliable installation. The mount allows for 90° horizontal rotation and 45° vertical rotation and can be easily mounted to walls and ceilings. To facilitate your installation, it comes pre-assembled and ready to use.

The Electro Voice EVID-S8.2W is designed to withstand outdoor influences while not sacrificing performance for indoor use. The mid/treble range speaker has an IP54 rating, and its weatherproof design is topped off with outstanding cabinet and front grille resistance to sunlight, salt and moisture.

All EVID-S models are available in black or white and can be painted to suit specific requirements. Transformer versions for constant voltage systems are also available. The numerous EVID in-wall speakers can be used together as a complete system in a wide variety of surface-mount applications, and can be used in conjunction with other EVID in-ceiling and in-wall speakers.
