The Fender Limited Edition '51 Telecaster PJ Bass MN Blackguard Blonde combines the classic style of the original electric bass with a contemporary sound variety. Accordingly, a Fender Custom Shop Split Coil and a Fender Custom Shop Single Coil are mounted in the ash body of the four-string, which in combination with the classic passive circuit deliver versatile bass sounds between rock, pop, blues and jazz. The screwed maple neck with timeless Telecaster headstock also offers a high level of playing comfort. Last but not least, the '51 Fender Telecaster PJ Bass features the massive Fender HiMass Vintage bridge and precise Fender lightweight mechanics.

The design of the '51 Fender Telecaster PJ Bass from the Parallel Universe series is unmistakably based on the original Precision Bass. Accordingly, the ash body is designed as a slab body, while the screwed maple neck ends in a headstock with a classic Telecaster swing. The large, single-layer pickguard and the short Control Plate also ensure authenticity Look . The neck is designed in the comfortable "1963 C" profile so that every groove can easily get out of your fingers when playing electric bass.
The Fender Limited Edition '51 Telecaster PJ Bass is equipped with two pickups from the Fender Custom Shop for adequate sound conversion on the amplifier. The Fender Custom Shop '60s Jazz Bass Single Coil, which is mounted on the bridge, convinces with its transparent sound, its concise mids and brilliant trebles provide an enormous assertiveness. In the middle position a Fender Custom Shop '60s Split Coil delivers the distinctive rock sound with thundering basses and growling deeps. The pickups are managed via two volume controls, which are designed as double-decker potentiometers, and a general treble fade.

The massively built Fender HiMass VIntage bridge offers not only the classic Look , but also supports response and sustain in the sound.
