Built in the USA as part of the Gibson Original Collection, the ES-335 Figured features a semi-resonant body of chic curly maple laminate and a comfortably playable "Rounded C" mahogany neck. A Set of Gibson Calibrated T-Type humbuckers furthermore provides lively sounds with clear vintage hints and the swinging character of the semi-acoustic construction. Classic Hardware in the form of an ABR-1 bridge with aluminum Stopbar and precise Keystone tuners completes the ES-335 Figured Semi Hollow guitar from Gibson.

The body of the Gibson ES-335 Figured is made of curly maple poplar laminate with particularly intense grain.

Semi-acoustic guitar with chic maple laminate

The Gibson ES-335 Figured has a slim Thinline body, whose top, back and sides are made of a three-ply figured maple laminate with a particularly elegant and intense grain. In combination with the solid maple center block, the semi-acoustic construction promises a particularly resonance-friendly sound without creating unwanted feedback at high volumes. The glued mahogany neck offers comfortable playing characteristics with its pleasantly strong "Rounded C" profile, so that the classic techniques of Blues and rock can be implemented with ease on the 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.

With two Gibson Calibrated T-Type humbuckers and the hand-wired circuitry, the ES-335 Figured delivers particularly versatile sounds.

Gibson Calibrated T-Type Humbucker

As pickup for the ES-335 Figured chooses Gibson two Calibrated T-Type Humbucker. The classically built pickups deliver a lively sound at the guitar amplifier, which skillfully captures the resonance of the semi-acoustic construction and offers the perfect basis for harmonious clean sounds and creamy Overdrive with the clear vintage warmth. To control the pickup is the familiar 3-way circuit with separate volume and tone controls for each pickup.

GIBSON ES-335 Figured Antique Natural Headstock

Traditional vintage-style keystone tuners guarantee accurate and stable tuning of the electric guitar.

Traditional hardware equipment

Last but not least, the hardware equipment established since the Fifties completes the ES-335 Figured Antique Natural Semi Hollow guitar. While the classic Stopbar tailpiece is made of aluminum, the ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge guarantees optimal adjustment of intonation and string action. At the headstock, the strings are guided via a Graph Tech nut to the vintage-style Keystone tuners, which combine elegant Vintage-Looks with high precision and tuning stability.
