Based on the popular ES-339 design, the Gibson ES-359 Black Beauty 2019 agile playing characteristics combine with the typical sound characteristics of an electric Semi-Hollow guitar. Gibson For the back, top and sides of the compact body, the classic 3-layer maple-poplar laminate is used, while for the stabilising centre block, thermally treated maple is used. The glued mahogany neck with the not too strong " Rounded C" profile supports classical as well as modern playing techniques on the rosewood fingerboard with Block inlays.
