The IK Multimedia Axe I/O & AmpliTube 4 Deluxe is a high-quality, flexible and robust USB audio interface designed for guitarists and bassists who need more control over their instruments. Special features include the Z-Tone control/input for ohm settings, and the ability to adjust the input level to the output level of passive and active pick-ups. Furthermore, this audio interface offers a specially adapted amp-out, which makes it easy to connect any amp via a regular guitar cable without a DI box. Guitar amps and pedal boards can be rewired quickly and easily. A further plus is the addition of the AmpliTube Deluxe software package with various Guitar and Bass amp, cab, pedal and mic simulations for Mac or PC. These can be selected and modified to create the perfect sound for your projects.

The interface also delivers flawless results with other recording applications. Axe owes its crystal-clear sound to its low-noise microphone inputs, while balanced and unbalanced line-outs are available for forwarding to other equipment. In addition, there are 2x configurable inputs for footswitches, a built-in tuner with LED display and MIDI I/O.

Z-Tone
The "Z-Tone" feature is ideal for guitarists and bassists: knowing that the differences in pick-ups can be drastic due to the impedance of the pre-amp in dynamics and sound, IK Multimedia developed a versatile input channel.

Карта действительно стоящая, особенно впечатляет возможность регулировать сопротивление гитарного входа. Ещё одна отличная функция, это возможность подключения ножных переключателей и, особенно, педали экспрессии! Любые квакухи и управление любой ручкой любого эффекта легко назначается на педаль и может управляться в реальном времени! При наличии надёжного ноутбука есть возможность выступать вживую и больше не нужно никаких процессоров! Задержка легко настраивается. При буфере 256 задержка 5,8 мс, а при буфере 128 задержка 2,9 мс. Когда я её получил и день проиграл, то понял, что никакой другой карты, на данный момент, искать не буду так как AXE I/O полностью закрыла все мои потребности.
