Stage 22 Highflex

Sommer Cable SGN5-0100-SW microphone cable with a length of 1 m is especially suitable for stage and home recording. Its good workmanship with high-quality materials makes it an excellent music accessory and reliable companion. It is made of the proven Sommer Cable Stage 22 Highflex microphone cable and Neutrik connectors.

Microphone cable Stage 22 Highflex by the meter

The Stage 22 Highflex withstands high mechanical stress. This is ensured by a robust PVC outer jacket. At the same time, this is extremely soft and flexible, which enables good reeling and winding properties.

The use of fine-stranded wires ensures high transmission quality, while a dense copper spiral shield protects against interference signals. It has an optical coverage of 99%, far exceeding the usual 85%, thus maximizing protection. Its balanced signal transmission makes it extremely immune to interference, even over longer distances. Cables with balanced signal transmission have an additional useful signal-carrying conductor through which the same voltage is sent, but whose oscillations are mirror-inverted. Any interference thus has an even effect on the signal conductors. However, since the useful signal consists of opposite-pole voltage values, the interference is practically cancelled out by difference formation.

Neutrik NP3X and NC3FXX

The cable is rounded off by Neutrik connectors in their usual good quality. These are the jack plug NP3X and the XLR plug NC3FXX.

Neutrik NP3X is a 6.3 mm stereo jack plug with nickel-plated contacts. Its slim design with a width of only 14.5 mm is especially designed for tight spaces. It allows a high mating density on jack panels. Due to the collet strain relief, the connector fits tightly and its precision-milled, one-piece contacts prevent the tip contact from snagging.

Neutrik NC3FXX takes XLR cable connector standards to the next level. This three-pin XLR female connector has silver-plated contacts that provide good conductivity. furthermore, it has numerous compelling features:

A female contact with solder stop prevents solder from flowing into the plug contact
