As usual, two channels with different features create the basis for varied timbres, while Alnico speakers and 45 watts of power promise a powerful sound development.

Analog tube circuit with two channels

The '65 Super Reverb Combo comes naturally in analog tube construction, which guarantees incredible dynamics with rich overtones and a harmonic break-up behaviour in overdrive setting. The Normal Channel delivers a wonderfully transparent tone with a slightly reduced midrange spectrum that can be adjusted via the 2-band Tone stack. In the Vibrato Channel, on the other hand, the Super Reverb offers the full range of the Fender Super Amps and, in addition to the 3-band tone control, provides a classic spring reverb and a tremolo effect for pulsating volume changes.

6L6 power amp and Alnico speakers

In the power amp of the '65 Super Reverb guitar amp, two 6L6 tubes deliver 45 watts of power and the typical smooth sound character with rich bass and brilliant treble. Combined with the rich and sweet sonic character of the four Jensen P10R Alnico speakers, the combo delivers top-notch vintage tones for Blues and rock, with ample volume reserves for big-stage use.
