The base of the wall mount is made from sustainably sourced West African ebony, which is cultivated as part of the Ebony Project – a partnership between Taylor Guitars and the ebony plantation in Crelicam, Cameroon – and is used for fingerboards and bridges in Taylor’s guitar production. As such, every Ebony Guitar Wall Hanger contributes to the initiative to preserve ebony stocks. To protect the finish of the guitar hung on it, the wall hanger also features a padded support surface, whilst the logo inlay complements the look of any Taylor guitar.
