The king of clean sound is back! The VOX AC4 guitar amplifier from the new Hand Wired Series brings back the legendary sound of the 1960s in true detail! With the help of elaborate analyses of classic AC30 and AC15 models, the tonal essence of the early VOX era has been reinterpreted and thus transports the original AC30 sound in its entirety. The typical "British Chime", the harmonic overtone spectrum and the unique midrange presence have been reissued at the highest level thanks to a completely revised circuit and hand-wired signal paths. The AC4 is not a simple new edition, but a deliberate further development for guitarists who are looking for the iconic vintage clean sound in its purest form!

High-quality Celestion speaker and open-back cabinet

The 12" Celestion G12M Greenback speaker provides a grandiose sound that is defined by sparkling highs and rich bass. In addition, the reinterpretation of the power supply circuit delivers the authentic output of the characteristic "compression" and "sag" behavior of classic tube amps, while the custom-made output transformer perfectly accentuates harmonic components. On top of this, the open-back construction with a robust wooden frame enhances the sound development in the mid-range and makes a decisive contribution to the spatial depth of the sound.

Pure tube power and spring reverb

A high-quality spring reverb is also on board, which gives the sound additional ambience. With a classic tube configuration consisting of an EL84 power amp tube and two ECC83/12AX7 preamp tubes, the amplifier offers absolutely authentic signal processing in full tube mode. Whether in the studio, on stage or in a home setup: The VOX AC10 delivers a timeless sound with boutique flair.
