The beam effect operates with three internal programmes, which can be played either in automatic mode without any further action or in music mode. In music mode, control is via the built-in microphone, the sensitivity of which can be easily adjusted. In music mode, the multi-coloured beams change direction with every bass beat. Numerous features, such as direct colour selection for 15 colours, colour changes, colour fades, dimmers and strobe effects, round off the overall package.

Multiple effects can be operated effortlessly via master/slave mode. In DMX mode, the Eurolite LED Z-2000 has 5 or 9 channels. Furthermore, the beam effect is compatible with QuickDMX, Eurolite’s wireless DMX system. The unit is therefore equipped with a phantom-powered USB socket for a QuickDMX receiver. All functions and settings are controlled via the control unit with display and four control buttons on the rear of the unit, or via the supplied IR remote control
