The Fender '60 Stratocaster RW NOS Black from the Fender Custom Shop in Corona, California offers a "New Old Stock" nitrocellulose finish and subtle modernizations for a first-class playing experience and versatile sounds. The electric guitar has an alder body and a screwed maple neck with rosewood fingerboard, whose "'60s Style Oval C"-profile lies comfortably in the hand. Three Fender Custom Shop '60 Strat Single Coil Pickups with Vintage Modified Strat #1 Wiring deliver versatile rock, blues and pop sounds with the typical bell-like response, while the oppositely wound and polarized center pickup prevents unwanted background noise in the intermediate positions of the 5-way blade switch. In addition, the rear tone potentiometer is assigned to the bridge pickup. Last but not least, the Fender '60 Sttatocaster RW NOS Black features the proven Fender American Vintage Synchronized Tremolo and Fender Vintage Style tuners.
