Pacific Drums and Percussion, or PDP for short, was founded in 1999 by Custom Drum Company DW (Drum Workshop) and since then has been offering high quality drum kits, snares and hardware at fair prices. All PDP drums and hardware are designed at DW's factory in Oxnard, California and manufactured in Taiwan. This approach makes Drum Workshop's custom expertise affordable even for drummers with limited budgets.

Over the years PDP has inspired many students, teachers and professional drummers with their Maple drums.
