Practical helper

The Soft Start from WMD is a practical helper to reduce the load on the power supply unit when switching on. It is simply installed between the system bus and the module and delays the switch-on of a power-hungry module by 400 milliseconds. The small board is intended for digital modules that have a higher power requirement when switching on/booting. Tube modules from Metasonix or Trogotronic should not be operated with it, as these modules draw far more power than Soft Start provides.
